At Joseph Malinge, we are committed to providing you with quality products. If, despite our rigorous checks, your item is faulty on receipt, we invite you to make a reservation and contact us immediately at the following address: contact@josephmalinge.com.
Please include photos and proof of purchase (invoice, order form) so that we can find the best possible solution.
Est-ce que la photo d'un modèle reflète fidèlement la couleur et ses nuances ?
Une couleur ou une patine est un travail réalisé à la main. Une reproduction exacte en tous points n'est donc pas garantie.
En raison des variations de lumière inhérentes au principe même de la photographie, nos visuels ne peuvent être considérés comme fiable à 100 %.
Comment entretenir mes souliers ?
Pour maintenir la qualité et l'aspect de vos souliers Joseph Malinge, suivez ces étapes simples d'entretien :
- Hygiène quotidienne : Changez de chaussures quotidiennement pour permettre au cuir de sécher et d'évacuer l'humidité.
- Séchage après la pluie : Laissez vos souliers sécher à l'air libre après une exposition à l'eau, loin de toute source de chaleur directe.
- Utilisation de chausse-pied et d'embauchoirs : Utilisez un chausse-pied pour enfiler vos chaussures et placez-les sur des embauchoirs en bois pour conserver leur forme.
- Nettoyage et cirage : Avant le cirage, dépoussiérez vos chaussures avec un chiffon humide. Attendez quelques minutes.
Utilisez, ensuite, un cirage à base de cire d'abeille* pour nourrir et protéger le cuir.
*En vente dans nos accessoires. - Réparations chez le cordonnier ou dans notre atelier : Pour les réparations telles que le ressemelage, confiez vos souliers à un cordonnier.
En suivant ces conseils d'entretien, vous préserverez la beauté et la durabilité de vos souliers Joseph Malinge.
Sachez que si vous en prenez soin, vos chaussures peuvent facilement avoir 10 ans d'espérance de vie.

Where is my order ?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing all the information you need to track its progress. For real-time tracking, log in to your personal space.

How to cancel/modify your order?
As soon as your order is confirmed, it is immediately processed by our team so that production can begin quickly.

How to make a return?
If the size, model or product does not suit you, you have 15 days from receipt of the parcel to return it.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Only products in perfect condition, unworn, undirty and in their original packaging will be accepted.

Quant à l’échange, il faudra compter le temps de fabrication d’une durée de 5 à 8 semaines.
